Our Mantra is Grow, Nourish, Connect & we love to inspire through sustainable growing, real food & yoga.

GROW~ We grow nutritious produce on our sustainable farm located in Doonan, Sunshine Coast. We teach others how to grow there own food in weekend workshops and through our 12 Week Food Growing Course.

NOURISH ~ We provide fresh local produce at Kawana Waters Farmers Market every Saturday & Noosa Farmers Market every Sunday.

CONNECT ~ We offer regular yoga classes, workshops, Women’s Circles & retreats in our beautiful Yoga Shala in the Heart of the Farm.

Our vision is to encourage others to grow and live an inspired life by growing real food, nourishing our body & connecting through movement. We look forward to sharing more on this journey together of Vital Living.

There is an ancient legend of a sacred realm called 

‘Shambhala’.

A way of being, where we are fully connected to nature, our life purpose and our life force.
This way of living has been passed down from ancient teachings for thousands of years.

To live in harmony with nature and grow food in a way that connects us to the abundance and interconnected energy cycles of nature.

OUR FARM

Our farm is based on the philosophy that wellbeing begins in the soil. Living soil is our link as humans to the Earth and it is our most precious resource that we need to nurture. Our aim is to grow healthy living soil that is full of life.

Compost is the lifeblood of Shambhala Farm.

At Shambhala Farm we grow nutrient-rich fresh produce with natural and regenerative farming methods.  Our farming practices are based in strong soil & ecological health to ensure vital life force in our produce.

We grow a diverse range of leafy greens, herbs and fruits in 12 acres of fertile soils in Doonan, in the Noosa Hinterland, 10km from Noosa.  Our climate is typically sub-tropical, high rainfall in the warmer months, and surrounded by native forest of Paperbark and rainforest.

Throughout the year we harvest up to 50 varieties of leafy greens and vegetables including kale, silverbeet, asian greens, baby spinach, rocket, basil, mint, sage, lettuce, beetroot, capsicum, eggplant, tomatoes, zucchini, cucumber, citrus, pumpkin, sweetcorn, broccoli, carrots, radish, kohlrabi, banana, papaya, shallots and more.

Joining with other local growers has been a powerful move to share real wholesome food  – building community, resilience and diverse fresh food.

The Shambhala Farm Sustainable Food Hub brings you produce from other local and regenerative producers.

OUR TEAM

The Shambhala team consists of regenerative farmers & educators, yoga and meditation teachers, ayurvedic nutrition and lifestyle practitioners, and a passionate group of people that love sharing wellness into our community. We are a hard working & playful bunch who enjoy a good laugh while working with focus & quality.

MARKETS

Come along to Shambhala Farm’s weekly market stalls where a full range of produce  is available for you to select fruit & veggies according to your own tastes and needs. Amongst other growers & producers of the region, you can purchase our fresh farm-grown produce, and that of growers from our sustainable food hub.
