About this website

Shambhala Living Pty Ltd operates this website to share the history, journal and educational writing of Shambhala Farm.

Historical writing

Archived articles retain their original dates and reflect the period in which they were written. Former FarmBox deliveries, market sales, yoga memberships and earlier treatment or product promotions are retired. References to them do not offer a current service, price, booking or product.

The journal provides general information. Historical wellness writing is not personal medical advice.
